Designed and developed a modern website for a major commercial concrete contractor, emphasizing project scale, construction imagery, services, and safety.
Design & Implementation
Raycon’s work is physically large, so the website needed to feel substantial as soon as it loaded. I used full-width construction imagery and video, red/white/charcoal branding, restrained typography, and large project sections. The site needed t o be project-focused, capable of presenting a large portfolio of commercial and multifamily concrete work. I structured content around services, project examples, company information, safety, careers, and contact pathways. The design is intended to communicate the scale of the contractor’s work immediately.
Projects are a core part of the site and include useful context such as location and unit counts instead of functioning as a purely visual gallery. Services, safety standards, company information, careers, and contact content support that portfolio.
The result was deliberately industrial and direct: the design is there to frame the work rather than compete with it.
